"Just checked in after a long trip from the US and I couldn't be happier. The doorman greeted us and carried my two little girls bags to the front desk. Farnoosh at the front desk was able to get us early check in, which I very much appreciate it after an overnight flight. I'm incredibly pleased with the overall experience, friendly customer service, and wonderful room. It's located conveniently close to all the touristy things like Big Ben and Buckingham Palace. You could get lucky enough with a room that has a view of the London eye. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else when traveling to London."

Even if you don't opt for it while booking the room, take the discounted offer while checking in—good value for money. The underground is a 4-minute walk—the Piccadilly line is direct to Heathrow."

I took the time to phone the hotel directly to let them know we would be arriving rather late…. I also requested a room with a bathtub which we were granted. "We booked a club double room, which was perfect for ourselves. It was of a adequate size and a great ensuite shower. Our room wasn't in the main hotel, but in, part of the hotel opposite. (Just over the road) but with the same standard. The room was clean, quiet and it had everything in it we needed and more, even a Microwave! The staff were lovely and very helpful. We were able to leave our luggage on the last day, so we could explore further. The hotel is perfectly situated approx 7 mins walk from Paddington station, and with a few small restaurants and convenience stores around if needed. "
