"The room wasn’t cleaned properly there was urine on the toilet base there was still mounds on cleaning product I assume in the toilet bowl. There were hairs every where kids stickers stuck to the mirror it was a horrible stay"

"Well, when we went to go check in, we could not even though we got there at 6 o’clock so we had to come back at seven and there was still food in the refrigerator from the previous guest and in the drawers there wasn’t enough towels in the bathroom and there was still hair in the shower and garbage in the bathroom on the floor! "Check in/out staff were great. Room had no running water I tried different faucets for a considerable time (8th floor room) and water was very cold so I had to skip my shower during the stay. Disappointing. Room was dark but had what I needed so served the purpose for the night. Great location in city center so gets a higher rating but it is tired and needs a facelift. "

Hint: when transiting through the traffic circle, stay in the outer lane. The turn into the hotel property is where the McDonalds is. It's easy to miss, which means you have to turn around and go back through the traffic circle."
