"We got early check in for a little family getaway. Branjalig checked us in and she was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Fresh cookies were ready at check in. The hotel was beautiful, clean, quiet and big. We enjoyed the big pool and hot tub. The breakfast was included and had something for all of us. We could walk to outlet mall. Lots of parking. Would definitely return. Thank you! "

"Easy to get settled in there. Great staff, very clean rooms. Breakfast in the morning was really good. All the normal quick grab foods but also had waffle maker, eggs, bacon, potatoes that were freshly cooked. 10 mins to Canadian Tire Centre was a bonus as well! Definitely would stay here again. "

The staff were welcoming, friendly, and highly professional, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only minor drawback for us was the mattress, which was softer than we personally prefer. However, that’s purely a matter of individual taste—the mattress itself was in excellent condition. Overall, a very positive experience and great value."
