"Everything was as stated in details. The host was there and took us on a brief tour etc but also sent a voice message. It was clean and a well presented property. The garden was well maintained and pet friendly. The host was quick to point out if there were any problems please get in touch straight away, so it can be fixed if need be."

"This is a pleasant property that has been comfortably furnished. It is well equipped and spacious. There are rural views to the rear of the accommodation. The back garden is a good size, with decking, hot tub, and plenty of outdoor furniture. It’s a lovely garden to relax in. Highly recommended."

"Holiday was excellent. West Mersea is beautiful. Just a little more detail to cleanliness. A bistro table at the front would be perfect so we could sit outside. Restaurants just a walk away and food excellent."

"The house was small and cosy, with a view of the sea from main bedroom. Garden was big, but a shared one with the house you go past to gain access to the property( also there appears to be a small dog that lives there). It was clean and had the necessary equipment required.On a lovely day the front door was left open for a breeze to come through off the sea which was so relaxing."

"Check in was easy.Everything was tip top and very clean ,For future guests maybe a microwave sometimes when you are away for work or pleasure you don’t want to cook and a micro meal is easy. Also an outside table would be nice. "
