"The staff were polite , helpful , friendly and informative , the food was delicious both the evening meal and breakfast , the pool facilities were great including a hot tub and steam room. The gym has plenty of equipment to use. The bedroom was adequate though the bed could do with a new mattress. The bathroom was good. The outside of the hotel could do with maintenance , updating, repairing and looking after. The decor on the inside however has some beautiful features, furniture and ornaments. "

The customer service here was truly amazing, such helpful friendly staff that go completely out your way especially as it was our first trip away from home with a baby!
