We booked a junior suite and were very pleased with the space and comfort. The suite featured a large bathroom with a deep soaking tub and a separate shower, plus a spacious living area and plenty of closet space. The bed was softer than I usually prefer, but surprisingly comfortable for my back. The staff were warm, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay....

"Decent Bob W hotel after staying at one previously in Helsinki. Think it could do with bit of a spruce up in the corridor areas as they seem a bit dark and scuffed up for my liking, but room was clean and tidy. Great price for myself and my family and we liked the reusable water bottles which you could borrow. The building noise next door was pointed out upon arrival and I read reviews about it. You should definitely be pointing this out to customers prior to booking though. Only affected us...

"The bed was very comfortable and the room was very warm, the bathroom was ok and overall everything was clean. The furniture in the room could have been better and the space could have been used in a better way. There was a cooking stove and a sink in the room, which in my opinion is not needed. It is a room and not an apartment. On the other hand there was no functional wardrobe, which is more important, if you are staying couple of days and don't want to open/close your luggage all the time."
