"Property was hosting a Christmas party. Only told after booking and promised a quiet room. Entire lobby was taken over by the party, room was away from party but was a disabled access room (not told this even at check in). Room was not sound proof for planes taking off next morning. Curtain allowed light into room. No one from reception, room service or housekeeping answered the phone all evening, could not get water to the room as a result. Facility is modern and nice but wouldn’t stay there...
