Good location

It's difficult to find the place because the map position doesn't reflect the actual location of the office where you need to get the keys. Service was only mediocre and it's a pretty long haul up 4 flights of stairs to the apartment. Bed is on the upper floor and sitting area and toilet is downstairs. Saving grace is that the location is good and near to central market, shopping street and the places of interest in Florence

Don’t judge by photographs

I feel that the photos used for the apartment are misleading. The way they are taken give the impression that the sofa bed is in a hall way area instead of the kitchen/main room which is therefore quite cramped. Had I known this I would have gotten and paid for a larger room. Futhermore there was no toilet paper, and it seems to me that there should be at least two rolls. Imagine 4 persons off a plane needing to go to the bathroom and it is night, cold and raining.... and we had to improvise with some Kleenex we used sparingly until We bought paper. Also, the toilet seat was broken. I think the locator was good, and the condition was fine.

별 하나도 아까운 숙소. 한국분들 여기 가지마세요.

맥스아파트는 두 군데임. 원래 호텔스닷컴에 주소나온대로 갔더니 아무도 없고 전화하래서 했는데 쥔장 전화도 안받고 아래층 아줌마도움으로 연결은 됐는데 주소도 잘못알려주고 겨우겨우 헤매다 찾음. 아니 호텔스닷컴 믿고 예약을 했으면 정확한 주소를 미리 알려줘야지 뭐하는 겁니까? 어린애들 데리고 밥해먹일라고 아파트잡았는데 거리에서 헤매게 하고. 그리고 숙소도 곰팡이자국 욕실에 물도 잘 안빠지고 샤워기는 똑부러져버려 샤워도 못하고 침대는 푹 꺼지고 삐그덕 거리고 윗층 침대 피그덕 거리는 소리까지 다 들리는 방음수준하며 별 하나도 아깝습니다. 매일 청소도 안해줄꺼면서 청소비는 왜 35유로나 내라하고 타올도 첨에 4명이라고 달랑 4개 주고 5일 내내 안갈아주고 빨아 쓰게함. 진짜 숙소 거지같음. 한국분들 여기 가지 마세요~ 골목도 으슥함. 진짜 피렌체 좋아했는데 이 숙소땜에 맘이 안좋았음.

It was quiet disappointing experience for us. Finding your accommodation was not straight forward. The address given in their website was not specific which ended us up phoning the reception which I think the office does not exist. In fairness the location was not bad until let down by the welcoming experience. Overall, you need a lot of patience in finding your accommodation.

O quesito localização foi o que me salvou. Excelente. E fica por aí. Não foi enviado o endereço. Tive que me revirar para descobrir. Um Sr. de lá foi quem me ajudou. Telefonei. Marcaram às 14:00h em ponto. Sem atrasos. Estava na porta 10 min antes. Porta fechada. Um hóspede chegou e eu entrei junto. 03 andares. Tudo escuro. No terceiro andar fica o Max Ap. Toquei a campainha. Uma moça atendeu. Levou-me ao quarto. E, entre italiano e inglês (todos muito mal falados) me entregou 02 chaves. Tudo em nao mais que 3 min. A da porta principal vc digita uma senha. Uma abre a porta do hotel e a outra abre a do quarto. Por sinal, péssimo. Banheiro mínimo. 2 andares. Banheiro no primeiro. Cama no segundo. Escada que faz medo. Sem higiene. Sujo. Tem ar condicionados mas sem controle remoto. Calor sufocante. Ela me passou um telefone caso precisasse de algo. E precisei. Saindo do hotel com 02 malas para pegar o trem deixei a porta do meu quarto cerrada com as chaves dentro conforme combinado. Ao passar pela porta do hotel coloquei uma mala para fora para e quando voltei para pegar a outra a porta havia batido e encontrava-se fechada. E eu sem chave. Bom, uma mala para fora e outra para dentro.Telefonei para a moça que me recepcionou. Telefone na caixa postal. Várias vezes. Sufoco total. Após 1h uma santa alma colocou minha mala para fora. Não vá. Não passe pelo que passei. Ninguém vai me indenizar pela mais total insegurança vivida ali. Detalhe: Wi-Fi pago.

My wife and I just came from Florence and we absolutely loved this hotel. The location was perfect, the staff was friendly, Anna gave us amazing advises about he city. The place was super clean. We didn't want to leave. Highly recommended.

se trata de un tercer piso por escalera angosta que no se especifica en la oferta. la sra anna propietaria es muy poco amable. las escaleras comunes son muy sucias. cobran muchos extras sin recibo oficial.

In proximity of many attractions

The apartment was in proximity of many attractions, restaurant, local market. The room was comfortable but lamps dusty; it did not come with basics such as at least one roll of toilet paper and had no toiletteries. Internet and air conditioner was at an extra cost. The kitchen was was very small to cook for 6; the stove top only allowed for one pot or pan to be used at once. We had to purchase an expresso maker.

En general bien pero te cobran a parte la limpieza, el aire acondicionado y el Wifi. La ubicación bartante buena, relativamente centrico pero mal si llevas coche, te tocaría pagar por aparcar. Con las llaves es un poco rollo ya que para dar la luz hay que meter una llave que no te dejan sacar del llavero para que no se quede la luz cuando no se está y te la puedes dejar al salir.

La atención desde el principio muy grosera como a la defensiva, nos cobraron el wifi y el aire acondicionado y no decía que lo cobrarían, el papel higiénico solo duró para un día, tuvimos que comprar extra, nos hicieron firmar un contrato y sorpresivamente nos dejaron una hoja con "reglamentos" sin nuestro consentimiento que vimos hasta después que decía que si no dejabamos limpio nos cobrarían extra por limpieza y que la basura la teníamos que sacar, cabe mencionar que el servicio de limpieza ya nos la habían cobrado y ya se lo habiamos pagado, y nos dieron un recibo no oficial por estos cargos extras. Fue muy abusivo todo eso, estan mintiendo en la descripción, obviamente de haber sabido no los hubieramos elegido de ninguna manera, no lo valía para nada

El apartamento no se parece en nada a las fotos,es asqueroso, NO COGEN EL TELEFONO para hacer el check-in, No hay calle a donde dirigirte porque no la ponen. Te cobran la limpieza del apartamento, sin factura hoteles.com complice. hasta nunca más.

In spite emailing for contact number and more information, I was unable to get the number of the person to check us in. Didn't have the correct address. Waited on sidewalk in not so nice neighborhood. Had to pay cash for air conditioning, internet, taxes that double the cost of the stay.

Umuligt at få kontakt til kontaktperson som skulle udlevere nøgle. Svarede ikke på hverken gentagne opkald eller SMS. Vi gik ca 1/2 time til opgivne adresse. Tilfældigvis var der en kontaktperson der, som fortalte at lejligheden var lejet ud til andre. Hun påstod at hendes kollega havde sendt e-mail om anden adresse. Vi havde ikke fået en sådan mail. Hun kunne godt få kontakt med det opgivne telefonnummer. Vi fik så en anden lejlighed et godt stykke derfra, så vi måtte tage en taxa derhen.

Para la localizacion del hotel y lo que hemos pagado, muy bien. Anna, la dueña muy amable y muy maja. El apartamento un poco pequeño y justito. Pero para pasar 3 dias a estado bien. Lo recomiendo

Impossibile muoversi all'interno della stanza e soprattutto in bagno.La signora aveva detto che puliva tutti i giorni,ma non è mai venuta neanche a fare il letto.Proprietaria sentita solo per telefono,nessuna ricevuta per pulizie e tassa di soggiorno.Peccato perché il posto è davvero strategico per chi volesse vivere Firenze al meglio...è in pieno centro a 100mt dal mercato.

Zentral gelegen! Im 3. Stock ohne Aufzug!

Genau aufpassen, welches Max Appartment man gebucht hat! Sicherheitshalber die Vorwahl von Florenz merken. Wir waren im falschen Appartment und mussten anrufen. Handynr. steht aber an den Hauseingängen. Wir waren in der Straße San Zanobi, sind aber zuerst fälschlicherweise in die Via Guelfa gegangen! Ist aber nicht weit voreinander entfernt. Einchecken wurde von der Reinemachefrau übernommen. Während des Aufenthalts wird nicht geputzt oder Müll geleert und lieber selber Handtücher mitbringen. Aber bei Ankunft war alles sauber. Schampoo/Toilettenpapier etc. war vorhanden. Für WLAN wollte man noch 5 €/täglich zusätzlich haben, das haben wir aber verneint. Müsste doch inzwischen selbstverständlich sein! Mit großen Koffern die 3 Stockwerke hochzulaufen ist nicht einfach. Für unsere Bedürfnisse war aber alles ausreichend.

Appartement proche du centre historique.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, l'appart est bien confortable, un peu mal isolé phoniquement.Un peu plus de chauffage en hiver serait appréciable. Proche de tout, du centre et de bons restaurants !
