Bright and airy with large French windows, this deluxe apartment has been fully renovated recently with every modern amenity. The luxury apartment has wood floors throughout and consists of 2 double bedrooms and 2 marble bathrooms with rain showers. Each bedroom has one American Queen size bed suitable for 2 people. One of the bedrooms has an ENSUITE bathroom. Both bedrooms open out to a long balcony with views of the Opera House. The balcony is also accessible from the open plan kitchen with a dining table for 4, a living room with a sofa and HD TV. Ideal for two couples (no children or infants please) for a short or medium term rental. This elegant apartment facing the new Opera house, is fully sound-proof and is the perfect choice for a wonderful experience in Florence.

In this apartment you will find a clothes washer & dryer, hairdryer, oven, fridge, toaster, microwave, espresso coffee maker and gas cooker and all necessary kitchenware. Linens and towels are provided. Please treat everything as if it were in your own home and clean up after yourself.

Air conditioning & Heating is at your disposal. When you are not in the apartment, please turn off all the lights, heating and air conditioning.

Cleaning is included for each rental up to 7 nights. If you are going to stay longer than 7 nights then there will be a 65 Euro charge in cash, payable upon arrival, for every extra 7 nights stay or part thereof. This fee includes cleaning and change of linens and towels.

I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob
I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists
I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay

PLEASE CALL/TEXT US WHEN YOU ARE HEADED TO THE APARTMENT:
Please remember to CALL/TEXT the check-in number 20 minutes before your arrival at the apartment, or when you are heading to the apartment, so that we can send over someone of our staff to take care of your check-in. In case you don't have a phone, you can ask the taxi driver and use his/her phone.

CHECK-IN: Check in is between 3PM-10PM
CHECK-OUT: Check out is by 10:00AM.
Just leave the keys on the table, and close the door behind you.
