"No hot breakfast, pool closed 3 days, housekeeping didn't come or didn't leave supplies like toilet paper ect. Elevator out of order, leak in ceiling leaving water and plaster on floor, washer and dryer out of order. Bad, and worse."

"House was great for my small family. Host was very accommodating and provided a pack-n-play and even some toys for the baby. Host was easy to get ahold of for the minor issue we had of getting locked out of the automatic key pad but they fixed it right away. Location is very close to the Red Rocks Barn that was hosting a wedding we were attending. All furniture was nice, new, and very comfortable.
