"The place is centrally located, a few meters from the famous Etruscan Arch and within the historic district - the best place in town. The Staff was very accommodating and friendly... I will certainly stay there next time in town."

"We enjoyed our two day stay very much. Location is excellent but a tip we took a big taxi and it couldn’t fit the narrow lanes to the door. It dropped us in the min square and we had a walk. On leaving the hotel front desk staff ordered a regular taxi that came to the door. Thank you. Yes the roads are very narrow!
The building is very old and the lift doesn’t directly access all rooms so if you have mobility issues advise the hotel in advance.
The room was great. Bed comfortable and wonderfully quiet. There were a few stairs but we were fine.
Breakfast is good but not excellent. Normal for Italy. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast staff less so.
It was good value but I might look elsewhere next time - as we get older!
Last tip the gelateria Carloni 1989 - just a few steps away possibly the best ever."
"Stayed for one night and it was a very welcoming hotel. Great breakfast with lots of choices and a well appointed room with fridge and tea kettle.
Bathroom had a great shower with hot water and great water pressure
Hotel was close to the bus and train stations and easy to get to old town by using the escalators which are a 2 minute walk. We had a rental car and a pay parking lot was a 5 minute walk (drop suitcases off at the drive up - check in and then park in the lot).
Very good for one night and would have been a great place for a longer stay. Highly recommend"
"I have nothing but rave reviews for this resort!! I came with my 2 sisters for a special birthday trip and the second we arrived there our jaws were on the ground when we saw how beautiful this place was. Seriously the pictures online don’t do it justice! When we arrived Fiorella greeted us and immediately treated us like family. She made sure every aspect of our stay went smoothly. We felt bad because we were new to Italy and had a million questions everyday but she was truly our little fairy godmother helping us navigate our days! She helped us plan and coordinate our visits in the Tuscan countryside and even booked wine tastings for us since we didn’t know what we were doing. She is fantastic with planning and just being available to help and was just such a joy to talk to!
We didn’t rent a car which in hindsight I almost wish we did because getting around isn’t the easiest since there are not a ton of taxis in the country side but the owner of the resort Guiseppe was so kind and helped get us to our destinations a few times which he did out of the kindness of his heart! The other staff members also called and arranged taxis when available for us! They truly treat you like a part of their family here. We did a wine tasting of their homemade wine and it was all so delicious! We all ended up ordering wine and olive oil to be shipped home so we can enjoy it when we miss Italy! Honestly, every staff member was beyond wonderful and we couldn’t have picked a better place! 10/10!"
"Our stay at Secret Priori was really nice. The lobby is nicely decorated and feels luxurious. The staff are absolutely lovely, special shout out to Max who directed us to a wonderful restaurant for a must have truffle pasta and the rooms were cleaned to a high standard everyday. The location of the hotel is also outstandingly central to all the must sees of Perugia."
"The shower was over flowing while showering and the pillows were very hard to sleep on. Being from a foreign country and have just arrived there was NO way to know a reservation was needed in the restaurant where absolutely no one was sitting and eating at. The restaurant personnel were not friendly or helpful and didn’t want to bother with us. Other than that it was a nice place to stay at.."
"Beautiful stay for our honeymoon. This is definitely a place to go and feel at peace in the Tuscan countryside. 15 min away from some wineries and 20 min away from Montepulciano. Great balance of feeling relaxed by the spa and pool with some quick getaways. Lastly, the restaurant was beyond excellent. Expensive but well worth it."

10/10 Excellent
"The hotel itself is lovely — well located, recently renovated, with nice décor that gives it a fresh feel. But what truly makes this place a gem is the people.
Chiara at the front desk sets the tone from the moment you arrive. Marina and Yessenia in the breakfast restaurant are warm and attentive, and they make mornings genuinely enjoyable. And the bellboys keep everything running smoothly — special shout out to Vasile, one of the nicest guys you’ll meet.
The property is solid, but the team is what earns the fifth star. Highly recommend."
