This was a wonderful experience with a very special personal attention. We highly recommend anyone to stay here. The view to our hotel was magnificent! Silvia, the owner of the place is also the owner of a first quality restaurant, very prestigious. We dined there and the food is absolutely delicious! We will come back for sure.

What an amazing stay, from the very beginning we knew this place was special. Paul helped us upgrade our room to one with a breathtaking view and made our stay so extraordinary! We were made to feel like family from the moment we arrived, all of the staff was so friendly and helpful and the restaurant, Ceci, is like no-other! We are definitely coming back and cannot recommend this place enough!

Very nice staff at this convenient and basic hotel. Very clean and comfortable. It's about 3 minutes walk from the minimetro stop very near the main piazzas. The staff were very welcoming, allowed us to drop off luggage early and gave us caffé on arrival, then we returned later to check in. We opted to have the breakfast at the hotel, which was fine and convenient since we needed to check out early and catch a train. I like very much the location. It is very close to the historic center. Accessible to restaurants and coffee bars. Friendly staff. I arrived too early for check-in. They kept my luggages secure until time to check-in. The hotel doesn't have elevator. Many stairs to get to your assignment room. No one to assist with luggages when heavy. It took me a couple times to get my luggages to my room. I have only two carry-on and full check-in luggages. Recommend to bring small single luggage.

I had an excellent stay at this charming country house and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking both relaxation and convenience. Stately and attentive service.

The place is centrally located, a few meters from the famous Etruscan Arch and within the historic district - the best place in town. The Staff was very accommodating and friendly... I will certainly stay there next time in town.

Located on central square but high enough above it to be peaceful. Service friendly and proper. Feels like staying in a family home. Afternoon tea and pastry--help yourself. Good breakfast. Impressively sturdy, comfortable bed. Common area tower room looks out over Assisi and valley below--breathtaking at dawn.

The staff were very helpful, the rooms and the property were very clean, and the location good- very close to Basilica Santa Chiara. The breakfast was the best we had on our trip to Italy.
