"After arriving tired from long plane flights, 3 of us checked into this flat which we rented due to its proximity to ExCel Convention Center. The place was very run down with peeling paint, non locking windows, and sticky kitchen floor. Exhausted we went to bed as sleep is very important to us on business. "Spacious property, comfortable beds. Host was practically impossible to get hold of, we arrived not knowing if we would be able to access the property - no key safe code provided until after we had actually arrived. Very unclear information about parking availability and the space outside the house was occupied by a vehicle so we couldn't use the advertised 'on site parking' and had to pay for a permit. Insufficient crockery, cutlery and dining chairs, not enough for 10 people at even one...
