The check in attendant was friendly and went above and beyond to be personable to us and answer our questions about the area (I wish I could remember her name!). And our room was great, clean and extremely comfortable bed. Highly recommend. "

"We came to Hamburg from Arizona to visit my fiance's sister that he hadn't seen in almost 10 years and this apartment was perfect. The host was wonderful and gave us excellent instructions on how to get checked in a few days before our trip and made the process super easy. He answered any questions I had within 1-3 minutes and was so kind. The apartment was clean, very cozy and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept great every night. Location was perfect, only a 5 minute drive to great restaurants and stores in Hamburg, and only about 20 minutes from Buffalo. It was everything we needed for the 7 nights we stayed.
