More than a house, this tropical pool home is Vacation Perfection with 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and an outdoor area that will take your vacation to new heights. Enjoy fresh Orchids and flowers with you arrive then move on to an afternoon BBQ, Movie Night by the Heated Pool, or hit the town for a night out. Location makes this Oasis your new favorite vacation spot, amenities make it just right! Modern Convenience and a taste of mid-century come together in a private, well stocked, and immaculate home flavored with special touches to exceed your expectations.

The main bedroom w/French doors that open to the pool/patio has a king bed and a large ensuite main bathroom. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a queen adjustable bed ensuring your nights are as great as your days. Bedroom 3 can double as a private bedroom with a double bed or a high-speed access office with everything you need to get away from it all while you stay connected. We invite you to relax and enjoy our home from the TV room with its beautiful view of the pool to the recently updated kitchen that is ready for your culinary creations. Everything you need to have your best vacation!

Security is paramount, and we have equipped the home with Carbon Monoxide/Smoke Detectors throughout and window/door alarms. The six-foot privacy fence, impact windows, and security features ensure you can relax with complete peace of mind.

Outside, the backyard is your private paradise. The heated pool and patio are maintained with the same attention to cleanliness and detail as the interior. Comfortable loungers, outdoor dining, and a grill invite you to soak up the Florida sun or enjoy al fresco meals in total privacy.

- Pet-friendly - talk to us, and let's get to know your furry friends

- No smoking (Any product that generates smoke or vapors except in outdoor/patio areas)

- Please note there is an extra fee ($80 per week) to run the pool heater for multiple days. Also, the pool heater and pump will not run 24 hours a day but will come on at 6 am and go off at 6 pm unless special arrangements are made.

- No parties or gatherings without approval

- Check-in is generally after 3 PM, and Check-out is by 10 AM (Please let us know if you need special accommodations, and we will try to accommodate your request)

- Please be respectful of the neighbors and reduce noise volume between 10 PM & 8:00 AM (see Fort Lauderdale noise codes for more details)

- Any guest who violates these rules above and does not adhere to these rules will be evicted.

Rules

No glass in or around the pool area. We provide non-breaking drinkware, and plates, so you can enjoy the outside and keep it safe for everyone!
Quiet time from 10 PM to 8:00 AM, no parties, and no loud music if we get complaints and you do not stop, you are evicted no refund!
Pool Heater is offered as an extra amenity and is expensive to run, we only run the heater daily from 6 am to 6pm. Heater does not run 24/7.

Great Family Bonding Trip

I had a wonderful stay at Stacy’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The check-in process was smooth. The space had all the amenities I needed, including Wi-Fi and a coffee machine, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. I’d stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Perfect backyard

The house was great, very clean. The backyard was amazing. It definitely felt like a luxury vacation in the backyard. We enjoyed the neighborhood, lots of people walking their dogs and everyone was very friendly. The hosts were great and offered excellent suggestions for food, breweries, and dog friendly locations. You can’t go wrong with this house.

Fabulous stay in Fort Lauderdale

I have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years and this house was by far my best experience. The house was excellent inside and out. The house was fully equipped and stocked. The yard is fully fenced which my dog really enjoyed. I would definitely stay again. Hosts did everything they could to assure we had a great stay!

Had an amazing week at this beautiful pool house! The hosts were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and pet-friendly—a big plus for those who travel with well behaved furry companions.The pool was a highlight—about 5 1/2 feet at its deepest point, ideal for swimming, floating, or simply cooling off. We were also lucky enough to enjoy a preview of the upcoming weekend airshow, all from the comfort of the pool!The hosts thoughtfully included extras measuring conversion magnets, an office space for remote work, and exceptionally comfortable bedding that made it easy to relax and recharge. The weather couldn’t have been better, and even on warmer days, the steady ocean breeze kept things cool and pleasant.This home truly has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, pet-friendly retreat with all the comforts of home.

GREAT house

We had a wonderful stay at the house. We travelled to Ft. Lauderdale for a tournament that my daughter participated in at the convention center. It was an easy drive back and forth. The kitchen is very well stocked. The outdoor space is gorgeous! The house is very well cared for and the host, Stacy, is very friendly and helpful. There was a small issue with the shower and he immediately took are of it and it did not hinder our stay at all. We travel a lot and stay at many houses..... I have to say, this is one of our top 3 for sure! I highly recommend staying here.

Super vacation with private pool!

The house was very clean upon arrival. It is spacious with room to move if you have a family. The kitchen had all the supplies you need. The outside covered patio includes beach chairs, towels, suntan lotion, Bluetooth speaker, and the pool was wonderful! I’m already planning our next stay!

Lovely property!

We had a wonderful stay at the "pet friendly home". The home was well stocked with everything that was needed for a home away from home. Communication with the host(s) was quick and easy. While this is a pet friendly property, there was no pet hair to be seen or any smell of pets. The outside amenities were great - even down to goggles and bug spray! Having the robot vacuum in the pool allowed us to enjoy a clean environment in which to enjoy ourselves. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Nice neighborhood, great host!

My wife and I enjoyed our vacation while staying in Stacy's very nice home. Very easy drive from FLL airport and good access to highways if you are looking to go to the Everglades, airboat rides, lots of beaches, etc. The kitchen is new and bright, the in ground pool was warm and clean, and it was very relaxing to enjoy meals and beverages by the pool and the outside porch area. The pictures on the website are very accurate and the area is quiet and safe. Everything you need for a family is included, plus Stacy is a very responsive and friendly host. Checkin and checkout was smooth, and if we needed any questions answered, Stacy responded quickly. Stacy also had lots of good suggestions of where to shop, go visit and enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. If you're looking for a good home to stay that is a short drive from lots of fun things to do, this is the place!

A Great Retreat

It's a beautiful house with the right amount a space. The backyard with the pool and lanai as nicely landscaped and set up perfectly for outdoor living (the pictures don't do it justice). It's centrally located making it an easy drive to the beach, Wilton Manor, or all the shops and restaurants on US 1. Stacy was attentive to any questions we had. He's a great host.

Our pre cruise family stay

Stacy's property was absolutely amazing. It was well appointed. We wanted for nothing and the house was close to every ammenity you could need. Malls, grocery, restaurants. Stacy had some amazing recommendations for dining. The neighborhood is amazing. Stacy had everything for a perfect beach day. His beautiful backyard is the reason we didn't do the beach. Private, beautifully decorated and appointed we didnt want to leave for our cruise. Archie was also a highlight. He gave is the best welcome!! We all feel Archie should come as an amenity to the house!!!! We kinda were hoping we could get it again for another family outing! Unfortunately Stacy has other plans LOL!! Great house, Great neighborhood. Great hosts. This house was perfect for our visit to Fort Lauderdale. Clean, comfortable, house with a very well stocked kitchen. And the back yard was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed a great evening on the patio surrounded by the beautiful pool, trees, and perfectly lit ambiance.

Celebration of Life

Perfect property for adult gatherings! Would be great for a family as well. The place is decorated too nicely and so well taken care of that it is not the place for unsupervised college kids. I didn't bring my standard poodles but they would have LOVED this place as well. Again, well mannered, house trained dogs only for this property. Close to our friends, close to airport, close to restaurants and shops. Wasn't too bad of a drive to Boca for the event and visiting other friends. The house has everything and the owners make you feel like their guests. We will stay again next time in town!

Amazing and equipped with everything we needed

My family and I had a great stay over Thanksgiving. We all cook and were pleasantly surprised to find more than enough dishes, pans, spices, etc. There were pool toys, sunscreen, etc. While most rentals only give you the minimum, this one provided more at every turn. Best equipped rental I've ever stayed at. Highly recommended.
