Treat yourself at the newest luxury resort in Fort Walton Beach! this home has a comfortable and fresh look with newly painted walls, beautiful furnishings, king pillow top mattress and 46' flat screen HDTV. Unit A426 is one of the largest condos Waterscape offers. The primary bedroom and living room all open up to a spacious balcony with a six chair dining table and chaise lounges. You can see the tropical pool oasis and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony. The living room offers a queen sofa bed, recliner, TV, DVD player, and cd stereo system. The dining room has a large dining table with seating. The kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and beautifully tiled floors. There is a twin bunk area next to a private bath with a stand up shower. The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, DVD player, and walk in closet. A washer/dryer are conveniently located by the kitchen for your use. WIFI is available everywhere on the property. Guests are granted two beach chairs and an umbrella everyday of their stay.

This waterscape rental was perfect. It gave the beach vibes like I wanted. The view is amazing with the palm trees right in front and the sound of the splash pad. This rental was clean and comfortable. The only thing I wish they had was a blow dryer available. Amazing stay!

Let me start by saying I may have had higher expectations than what was realistic. We have stayed in 1 other condo rental and it was pristine. That being said, we stayed with a group that had 3 other rooms in the same complex and ours was hands down the worst as far as overall condition. First of all there was a bloody glob of something on the wall right next to the dining room table when we got there... so i was instantly grossed out. The walls were a mess, scuffed up and literal holes where a picture had been taken down. The curtains, couch pillows and bed skirt were all stained. The shower rack in the master was rusted- we used the spare shower all week. The air vent above the bunk beds was broken with slats hanging off... just wasn't up to my personal standards but I can see how it would be hard when people are probably treating your stuff poorly. Overall, we weren't in the room the that much so it was fine. Room location is very close to the garage which was nice. If we returned would probably try another unit.

This condo was perfect for my family of four with 2 younger kids. There is enough activities there between the different pools, kiddie area, beach and lazy river to fill up a week. Also nice to be within walking distance to restaurants. The condo had every accomodation we needed for a great stay.

We loved the big, roomy balcony; the huge, very clear televisions in both the living room and bedroom; the chair and umbrella rentals included with our stay; the easy, convenient parking at your condo level and the king bed was very comfy. What we didn’t like: the AC was broken when we got into the room. It was 80 degrees. They would not let us check in early because they said our condo was not ready. With that being said, how in the world did the cleaning crew not notice the very high temp in the condo, to report and get fixed prior to our arrival??? They were fast to fix the problem but there was no offer for the inconvenience. A coupon for dinner or an adjustment to our rental fee would have been nice. Other things not much to our liking: the living room couch was soooo very uncomfortable. The bed needs a comforter because the little thin covers on the bed is just not enough some nights. The bed pillows are very flat. My husband had to put two together to get somewhat comfortable. Thank goodness, there were extras in the closet. The headboard on the master bed seems to be loose, not attached or something because it’s always banging the wall causing all kinds of noisiness. There was a railing broken on one of the dining room chairs. I had read in one review where management had responded that the chair with the broken rail was still sturdy. That does not matter because it looks ghetto and who would know that it’s still sturdy. Nobody is going to knowingly sit on a broken chair. And last but not least, having to wear those pool wristbands all week was not very likeable. They were super scratchy around the edges. You may need to come up with another option. While we really liked the resort, I don’t know that we’d rent this particular unit again.

We just returned from our vacation over the July 4th holiday and we loved A426. First I will start with how amazing it is that you park on your level and getting all of your things to and from the room Is a breeze. The condo was very spacious and having 2 bathrooms was a plus. The view directly overlooks the kiddie area and if you turn to the left and look into the far distance you can see the beach. The resorts amenities and activities were nice. I rated this 4 stars because the room could use a few minor updates but it is nothing that would prevent me from returning again!

Unit was clean and ready when promised. The beds were all comfortable, A/C was cold. All appliances in working order. We would have liked a starter set of coffee for our first morning, and a small salt and pepper available in the kitchen, but I understand those may be considered non-essentials. Unit had lots of towels. Building itself felt safe. Pools were great. Beach service was great and a nice item that isn’t normally included. Overall a positive review and I would recommend. Listing is straight forward and accurate.

Great condo with fantastic amenities. We loved being close to the parking garage and the beach and pool were just steps away as well. Vacasa did an excellent job making sure we had everything we needed and were very responsive when the freezer broke. They had a replacement sent up within the hour! We would definitely stay here again!!

My wife and I have been staying at Waterscape for 5 years. The front desk staff is friendly and always remembers us from year to year. The maintenance staff works very hard to keep the whole property clean and running well. Would recommend this to anyone especially if you have children.

This was our second trip to Waterscape & the resort itself was of course fantastic. No complaints. This specific condo on the other hand was disappointing. First of all, the furniture in the pictures is not the same furniture that is in the room. Also a lot of decor has changed like large plants which changes the ambiance of the room. The living room tv did not work properly which was upsetting when you have 2 kids with you. The volume would never go up past 5 despite using 2 different remotes & one channel was in Spanish that wasn’t supposed to be. The couch was extremely uncomfortable. There was a large blue stain on the carpet in the master bedroom & the curtains in there also had several noticeable stains. We were also only given 6 rags for a week stay for a family of 4 so of course a few loads of laundry had to be done which is never fun on vacation. After a quick look on the web I saw where this condo was sold just 2 years ago so I guess the new owners have changed a lot of things which is fine, but the pictures absolutely need to be updated. All of this will not deter us from coming back to Waterscape as we are already planning our next trip, but we will be sure to pick a different condo.
