"It was an amazing experience! The views from the house were incredible. The wrap around deck afforded at least 270 views of coral bay. We met my daughter and son-in-law there and it was a great house. Both couples had privacy- yet there was a spacious kitchen and living room where we would have meals and also play games. Paul was the perfect host. He was incredibly responsive and helpful. Overall, a wonderful getaway!"

"Outstanding view and awesome hosts. There are a lot of stairs, 74, but well worth it. The view and the cottage itself are unbeatable!!! The place is brand new and there is everything you need; grill, stove, oven, fridge coffeemaker, TV…and did I mention the view? OMG!Props to Anthony who saved my day when I got a flat tire. He came and not only helped take it off but fixed it right there on the mountain, disaster avoided. I will definitely try to come to this place again! "

"The swimming pool is absolutely gorgeous with iridescent glass tiles. The photos just don’t do this gorgeous location justice. You feel right at home upon arrival. 5 donkeys slept in the driveway on Christmas night, which was a huge treat for us, the donkeys are so calm & they roam the island constantly, never staying in 1 place. Unbelievably, you can see both sides of the island from this peak…the north islands from the frozen driveway & south islands/BVI from the pool deck. The location is bursting with wildlife. The beds are comfy. The bedspreads & sheets were very high thread-count 100% cotton. The mgmt company met us at our Cruz Bay car rental & we followed them to the Villa, as we would have never found this villa at night bc we had zero T-Mobile cell service on that side of the island. Apple Maps worked so-so on the east side of island before we learned our way around. The pool deck/patio are unbelievably large & luxurious. The gas grill was easy to use. Check-out responsibility was simply to take out the garbage & start the dishwasher, leave the fans on, which we mistakenly left the fans off. Elian with mgmt co was wonderful. The driving on St John isn’t for the faint of heart. It should be noted that there are 4 king beds, not twin beds in 1 of the bedrooms, as pictured in the listing that we saw. We will miss this place with all of our hearts. "

"We greatly enjoyed our stay. We loved the layout of the three buildings to allow for space and privacy for our large family. We were traveling with 5 young children and felt safe with great visibility of the pool. The views were better than the lookout points we visited. Rent a vehicle that can handle the steep driveway. Staying so close to our favorite beaches made for guaranteed parking and easier mornings. "

"The house was great. The views were spectacular. Only issue was advertised with a hot a tub and it was broken the entire time we were there. If the hot tub is an issue for you verify it's actually working before you book. No one let us k ow it wasn't working before we got tjete"
