"Nice frugal hotel. No Kleenex/facial tissues in room. The two blocks to get to it looked grotty to Americans, but seemed safe enough. (A few blocks over, by the city gate, looked really nasty.) The main train plaza was fine."

"I booked this hotel after staying at a different hotel a few nights. In comparison, this was a 4.5 star experience. It was clean, new(ly renovated), great front desk customer service, food onsite, everything (but a pool). It’s in a district suited for warehouses so the roads are sloppy and one directional but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Just catch an u we or use the bird scooters and you’re fine. I’d say the bartenders can be a little lax, but that’s the Italian culture apparently. You have to literally flag them down or go find them for assistance. I just started over ordering during the first I retraction so I didn’t need them to come again. "

"Our stay was excellent. Il Divino is a modern hotel in an older building. Very safe. Very clean. The elevator was a bit small but it was not a problem. The room had beautiful design and light. Everyone from the security guard to our contact in reception was kind and gracious and helpful. It's near the train station. Convenient and easy to walk with luggage."
