"The rooms are small and very dated. It's a clean property but with gloomy colors. It's a very old inn that looks its age. There is no side table on one side of the king bed so you have nowhere to put your phone or water."

"The rooms were spacious with black.out curtains. Beds and pillows were comfy. The only thing I can complain about was the breakfast. I expected a little more, but it wasn't awful. I thought it would include biscuits and gravy. Very minor issue. I would definitely stay there again."

"Very nice clean room with comfortable bed and nice shower. Kitchenette was good with microwave and mini fridge, basic dishes. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Good location with Mary Jane’s restaurant bar next door had excellent food and nice atmosphere. My only small suggestion would be to put variable light switches so you could turn down the lighting at night. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again on my next trip to Perryville."

"This house was perfect for 2 couples to share. Everything was so clean and they provided us with shampoo and soaps. It was in a nice location very quiet neighborhood. The extra special touch of having snacks like donuts and little cakes waiting for us was so thoughtful. We would definitely stay here again. "
