"Clean, comfortable and convenient location. Walking distance to train, airport transport and groceries. Rooms were spacious with large toilet and shower. Staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Loved our stay here. The staff was great. It’s right next to the train station which was made it easy to get into the city and transfer to get on the bullet train to Kyoto. The restaurants nearby are not fancy but very tasty. The convenient store literally downstairs within the hotel was incredibly convenient. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and tasty and allowed us to get very full which was good because we knew we’d be walking a lot and spending some time on trains and getting around. The onset and spa were amazing and relaxing rooms were clean and ours overlooked the train tracks which was romantic at nights being able to see the trains coming and going from bed. "
