"Clean, comfortable and convenient location. Walking distance to train, airport transport and groceries. Rooms were spacious with large toilet and shower. Staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. I would highly recommend this hotel. "
"The hotel is wonderful and the location is excellent. Tokyo is a very big city and Ginza is a very central “neighborhood”. These two characteristics alone would be enough to rate the hotel as excellent. However, the hotel exceeds all expectations in terms of staff. The hospitality was the best I have ever seen! The entire staff is well trained and very attentive, including with our 7-month-old baby - special mention for the VIP service for him. We will definitely be back!"

Staff are absolutely wonderful and spoke good English. Found room too warm for a good sleep
Couldn’t turn air conditioning down any further and it didn’t seem to blow towards bed. August stay so very hot. So spacious great for our last few nights in Japan. Shower was fantastic!!"
"The property was clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed to enjoy Tōkyō. This hotel is close to many subway lines, shopping and delicious food. "
"First time in Japan and this hotel is beautiful. We stayed in the bathroom view queen room and I wouldn’t have had it any other way. Staff was very accommodating and friendly"
