"Stayed 2 nights. We had a Japanese suite for our family. We really liked the space, and had a good amount of room. We enjoyed the breakfast and the baths were also great. The shuttle bus into the city was also really convenient"

"I was more than pleasantly surprised by the entire experience at Marinoa Resort Hotel.
From check-in, the entire staff was extremely helpful and professional.
I was able to arrange a surprise birthday cake for my partner who traveled with me.
The room service breakfast was amazing. As was the room and its stunning view of the surrounding harbor and distant city lights.
I will definitely plan on staying here again."

Ritz Carlton has the best trained staff, I think the staff at Fukuoka went above and beyond the Ritz standard.
A very pleasant young man, Lennon, checked me in, efficient and friendly, a big friendly smile.
A big shout out to "Yuki" San, the concierge, he was able to think outside of the request and gave different options to explore, without overwhelming the decision.
A most pleasant stay, will come back for the staff.

As an English-speaking solo traveler visiting Japan for the first time, I had a phenomenal experience at this hotel! The staff were so warm and welcoming, and they really went out of their way to make sure I understood everything and that all my questions were answered and needs were met.
I stayed here in October as part of my 42nd birthday getaway, and I absolutely loved the amenities. The night lounge and evening s’mores were such nice touches. The hotel was also very family-friendly, and my...

My room unit was adequately spacious for a single traveler, compare to other Japanese hotel rooms, it was well maintained, all lighting, AC, TV, refrigerator, water hot/cold, electrical outlets, worked properly.
Upon check-in the staff were very expeditiously efficient, informative, & courteously professional.
I didn't have any meals at the hotel, due to countless numbers of very walk able restaurants & convenient stores in the surrounding vicinity of the hotel.

This was my first time outside the USA and I couldn’t have picked a better place. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Saga. We got the breakfast package and we’re able to mix it up everyday. My wife and I tried almost everything and they were all delicious. They also have a fully stocked lounge with snacks, sodas, beer and even a small selection of liquor. Not speaking the language was no problem as they have iPads and use Google...

Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. The spacious bathroom was a wonderful surprise, and the ReFa hair dryer made the experience feel even more luxurious. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay.
If you’re visiting Karatsu, I highly recommend staying here, exploring the town, and enjoying the fresh local seafood.
We would definitely love to stay here again.
