"I enjoyed the comfort of the beds, the Japanese style bath and shower room, the excellent breakfast, and the amenities provided. I would recommend this hotel to all travelers for its comfort and convenience and excellence."
"Pros: Spacious and clean room. Beautiful night view.
Cons: Uncomfortably cold in the bathroom, toilet and bedrooms. Lights fixtures are too light and we kept hitting our heads. Portable heaters were not turned on before we arrived and even when we turned on the portable heaters for 3 days, the whole apartment is still cold overall especially in -3 degrees Celsius. "I stayed 4 nights here, and i had no complaints. Great facility with nearby retails that i appreciated a lot. My room was pretty big with both bathtub and shower stall in westernized fashion. "
"First time in Sapporo with family of 4. Great location as it’s close to lots of restaurants. The rooms were very spacious as well. Also multiple convenience store like Lawson & Seico Mart around the corners. There is also a small grocery store near by and a laundry place close by to do laundry if needed.
Only down side was the temperature outside was so hot (32-42 degrees Celsius) and the AC can only set to a max of 20 degrees Celsius which was hard to sleep. Good thing the next day we asked the staff to check the AC, but there was nothing they can do and offer us a fan which helped a lot as it would help circulate the air in the room. "
"We both really liked the hotel restaurant! It was very easy to book and to eat at, though arrows indicating what direction to move in at the buffet might be helpful in the future."
