"We liked having a breakfast room, that made not having to rush out and find breakfast, a pleasure. This was one of the reasons we selected Days Inn. The website was misleading with pictures of the rooms. Our room was not like the pictures, which was a disappointment. I was hoping to be able to connect my iPhone to the tv, to be able to watch Craven and Netflix but it was not possible. The cable tv was sufficient, as we were able to watch a couple of BC shows. We had a late dinner at the onsite restaurant, Ricky’s. I had the bacon wrapped meatloaf and I was surprised by the great taste. Prices were decent. The waitress did get a bit upset when my wife asked for the whipped cream to be removed from her hot chocolate. Not a good experience with. All together, the stay at the Days Inn, in Nanaimo was a pleasant one."
