"Older & very cool up-side-down boat houses. The first 7 units are near roadside, face ocean & are very quiet (baring any possible noise from neighbor guests). Others are behind front units, in back on lower-rear road. Dont believe the Hot-Tub images you see on some Internet postings, showing a hot-tub in front of units facing ocean....they dont exist. "These chalets are gorgeous! My teenage daughter picked this spot to celebrate her 17th birthday and I wish we stayed longer than a weekend. I highly recommend this location especially for families. They have a ton of activities on the beach and watercraft to entertain kids of all ages. Hope to return soon!"

"We truly enjoyed our stay. The games room was a hit as a family. We enjoyed the chalkboard with ideas of what to do and where to go. It would have been nice to have a little more info on the suggestions. The only issue for us was the beds. The online listing is not accurate for the amount of beds. We are a tall family and the pull out couch was small. And the two beds in the one room are better for smaller children. I'd say it sleeps 5-6."

"We've been to this property many times however there were a few snags with this trip. We asked if a playpen was available via email and phone call. We were told we would be called the day before to be informed if we could have one - they never communicated with us. Our cottage (43) also had terrible water pressure. There was zero water coming out of the top floor bathrooms sink, and the bath trickled water - so it took 45 minutes to fill it if you wanted to use it. I informed management via...
