"The staff was incredible- friendly, helpful in finding parking that worked for our truck, accommodating to us having a dog, and overall great. Only concern was proximity to moderately sketchy areas on the street, which is a shame. It’s right on the water and it all looks pretty, just maybe not a great place to wander past dark."

"The staff is always very helpful and accommodating. The Spot is my go to choice of stay. Rates are good, beds are comfy. This location is pet friendly and is very convenient. I forgot an item there and when I went back at my next stay it was located and cared for. The Spot is my favorite place !"

"On the positive, mattresses were comfortable and made very nicely. Kitchen well equipped. On the less positive, If you are a light sleeper, don't select the bedroom facing the street, feels like cars are driving by in the same room. We had 5 guests but the dining room offered only 3 chairs. I wouldn't recommend turning on the fans, as the top of the blades were very dusty. Housekeeping only does surface cleaning. Pleasant stay overall. Would recommend to others."

"This facility was surprisingly quite given it's proximity to a busy hiway. My room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Definitely a good place to stay for a night or two."
