"The location makes it easy to visit the old city and the waterfront is steps away."

"Personale disponibile, struttura accogliente e pulita"

"The property is an old nunnery and the rooms are compact and the doors are loud when people leave in the morning. The beds and pillows are super hard. At least the rooms are air conditioned. It is 2 miles away from the historic, old city that is worth driving to and walking around. This area of the hotel is not worth exploring by foot. "Wonderful staff, and beautiful property. Would definitely stay there again! Luisa and Ivo Grazie mille a tutti a Villa Maria Teresa per un bellisimo soggiorno !"

"Great location to explore Gaeta and Sperlonga! The beach and water was amazing and so relaxful. JThe renovated rooms were nice and very comfortable. Only one option for dinner if you want to stay at the resort was the only drawback."

"Breve soggiorno di 3 giorni. Posizione ottima e servizi adeguati. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Piccolo dettaglio che può aiutare a migliorare: qualche piccola manutenzione al bagno migliorerebbe ulteriormente il servizio (es. rubinetto lavabo da fissare meglio)"

"Struttura più che adeguata alla categoria cosa che specialmente in italia non è scontata, pulizia camere ed aree comuni eccellente. Personale giovane, cortese e disponibile. Buffet colazione semplice ma genuino e gustoso. Personale bar attento e molto cortese. Esperienza molto piacevole "

"Beautiful balcony, amazing staff and property. Loved staying at this property!"
