"Very helpful staff and the breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. Rooms very clean and hotel also very clean. Well situated for the Metro (O’Donnell or Goya) and a short distance to the Retiro gardens. Easy to get to from the airport on Bus 203 (5 Euro per person when we took it). Lots of places to eat nearby & hotel food really good. Check out the cafes and bars in Goya. Gym small but plenty of apparatus - treadmill, 3 bikes, X-trainer, weights machine and weights. Highly recommend this hotel for visiting Madrid."

"Neat place but security is lacking. While waiting for my taxi in the lobby inside the main door looking out the window a thief snatched and stole my backpack inside the hotel 3 meters away. The staff was nonplussed about it indicating it happens often."
