"Great hotel. All 3 desk clerks were great. Helpful, polite and responsive. Shuttle to airport was very nice. Concerned about metal bars blocking window exit on floor zero rooms- block room exit in fire situation, but we were allowed to move to a floor 1 room without bars. Breakfast was great! My two complaints would be that the room was a bit cramped and it was a bit annoying that you had to turn in a physical key at the front desk rather than just having key cards as is usual for most hotels these days."
