"The younglady Dasha was absolutely fantastic, great energy and enthusiasm, hopefully I got her name right, she basically set the mood and tone for my stay after a long and dreadful journey, the bar tenders were great, the amenities were top notch, from the swimming pool to the Sunna, gym, and hot tub, absolutely amazing , I will definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone visiting London, the location is uncanny and close to everything, I should gatekeep this, but nahhh, it’s a bit pricey but worth every penny, can’t wait to be back."

"Great location with easy access to the tube. It is Further away from central London so it is good if you don’t want to be close to the tourists, but still have easy access. It is about 30 minute ride depending on where you want to go. Lots of great eateries close by with brick lane. Quiet hotel with helpful staff. Sofa bed needs replacing. Very uncomfortable even for my teenage kiddo who can sleep on anything. Regular queen bed was decent. Air conditioner was excellent. Only two complaints: 1. Beware of the 20% discretionary service charge on total bill. I tried to do express check out but couldn’t remove the discretionary fee so I had to go to the front desk, which they happily assisted me with but it defeated the express checkout feature. 2. Rooftop bar/restaurant was difficult to access with limited hours. So plan accordingly if you want to use it."

"Such an amazing hotel! The room was clean and had a lovely view of the Thames, right opposite Canary Wharf. You could get a boat to the other side where there was better transport links as the pier was right beside the hotel. The breakfast was lovely and for around £20 extra for 2 people it was great. Would highly recommend!"

"It was my second time staying at this hotel and I greatly enjoyed my stay as well. The uniqueness of the hotel and its 'homy' feeling are definitely big plusses for me, makes a big change from the big hotel chains. The staff was very helpful and attentive. For the first time, I took the breakfast and I was not disappointed. It was very good, with a good share of varieties, and very well-presented. The hotel is well-located, and it is easy to go around, either by buses, or metro. Canary Wharf Station is also relatively close-by, with access to the Elizabeth line to go to Heathrow Airport. And their AC worked during the heatwave!"
