"The property itself is in good condition. Very quiet rooms. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Hot breakfast is outstanding! The area around the hotel LOOKS kind of sketchy. Graffiti and litter around the area. However, I had absolutely no problems with anybody around there. Not nearly as bad as I first expected just seeing the area. We felt very secure in the hotel. You need your room key to enter the hotel and to get through locked doors inside, and used your room key to use the elevator. My wife and I walked all around the area and no problems at all. Looks can be deceiving! I would definitely stay there again now that I saw there was really nothing to worry about. "

"Such a lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. The room was extremely clean and very comfortable. Perfect location for the O2. They also have a luggage room allowing us to enjoy our day today rather than dragging luggage about. I would definitely recommend Tribe..and we'll be staying again soon"

"Lovely hotel right next to Excel and 2 minute walk onto the DLR platform. Great breakfast with a nice outside area for coffee. Room was spacious and very smart with a really good shower and bathroom area. Overall a great place to stay eitherfor Excel events or easily exploring central London."
