Find Hotel with a Concierge in Garden Grove, CA

"As a family of 5 with three teenagers it was great to have two bedrooms and two full bathrooms for busy days. The breaks was excellent with lots of options for everyone’s needs. We only encountered one not so pleasant staff member at check in, everyone else was wonderful. The only negatives I have is the horrible rep at check in (no smile, didn’t tell me what I was being charged, didn’t offer the Marriott promotion going on, didn’t tell us about the holiday stuff they had going on for guests.) thankfully we had other family members checking in with another rep that was fabulous! She told us about the daily little extra things they had for guests (free cookies, hot chocolate night etc) and the scratch off game they had for Marriott members which saved me $90 by winning a $10 parking pass!! The beds are very firm so they were uncomfortable for us. My 13 year old tried to sleep on the pullout sofa and certain areas felt like you were being poked by a nail which was horrible to sleep on so we didn’t end up using it."

"Warm welcoming, room was perfect. (Nice upgrade) From size, comfort, bathroom, electronics, and all that comes with it. Was on point, along with a clean scented room. Front desk staff has amazing customer service. Food and drinks walking distance. Clean pool and Jacuzzi cool little spot to chill with fam and friends. Overall, I would stay here again. "

"My room was clean, had new towels everyday without asking, staff was so nice and helpful. I lost something and the staff went out her way on her break to go find it because no one returned it yet. I love that everyone was positive and looks like everyone love their job, that was important. I had no issue. "
