Cracked floor tiles in the bedroom, broken bed foot, loose electrical sockets, overgrown front garden etc. Maid was friendly and helpful and room was clean. Nice pool! Desk staff averagely helpful. The real standout here is the service—the staff went above and beyond with all my reservations and last-minute changes, and their warmth made the stay feel seamless. My only drawback was the strongly scented sheets and towels. As someone with sensitivities, this was a real challenge and likely attracts mosquitos. If the hotel could offer fragrance-free linens, it would make an already excellent experience even better. "

"Spend 13k for 5 days at the hotel. Been on many hotels at st tropez. Amazing beautiful place. We ate outside all nights expect the last one we are at the hotel restaurant. Ones the bill came they had added many extra drinks there thinking we d not see it. He corrected it after! The food was also not good and service was just ok. Also a very rude unprofessional conscience called Hugo who screaming and rude and refused to order a hotel chattle to a beach to swim . Reason it was 6pm and he wants fo decade what we can do. Never seen such unprofessional conscience. Else beautiful hotel and all other personal were amazing. Especially bar and pool. Amazing place. "
