"From the start we was greeted warmly even tho we arrived later in the evening. It was very quick to be seen and checked in .the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The room was a very generous size more then whatyoud expect from any hotel room. Shower was lovely and the room its self was clean . Checking out was just as straightforward. Very happy experience planning on checking in her again inthe future"

"The bed and pillows were amazing. The bed was like sleeping on fluffy clouds. We shall definitely book with Sofitel again in the future. The only thing missing was a magnified mirror in the bathroom, otherwise an amazing stay. Thankyou"

"Staff all very helpful and in the restaurant too.Room v clean. Just one thing - we couldn’t turn off bedside lights so slept with them on. In the morning asked reception and there is a small button which we didn’t notice under the light. Pity it didn’t tell you that in the room. "
