"Hotel is easy to get to from the airport, quick check in,rooms are clean, quiet, most of the time(car horn).easy to walk to alot of the museums, monument's,staff are always friendly "
"My hotel stay was outstanding! The staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional. The room was clean and quiet with great amenities. I found the room AC to be too loud for sleeping, but was able to turn it off. The hot buffet breakfast was fabulous, with a terrific selection and delicious food. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you, Hyatt!"
"From check-in to check-out; from the lobby to the room, all was 5 STAR.
All staff I interacted with were excellent.
Location also awesome.
Absolutely would stay again!!"
"Amazing location and value. The beds were very comfortable and each bed had a selection of different pillow types to accommodate different sleeping styles (back, stomach and side sleepers). The daily valet parking includes unlimited in and out priveledges for convenience. The food was good in the restaurant, but the coctails were underwhelming. Would stay here again."
"Had a great stay at the State Plaza! Staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean with comfy beds. Within easy walking distance to the National Mall. Would highly recommend!"
