"It was a modern comfortable property. The pool was clean bright and inviting. The living accommodation had all those amenities that one would expect for a relaxing holiday. There is no washing machine and it would have been nice to have but it looks like this is common in Crete. The coffee machine in our room was not working and the shower was the only room that needed more attention. But none of these would make us not wanting to revisit and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to...

"Hôtel très bien placé dans rethymnon, autant pour une balade en ville que pour la plage. Les chambres sont propres et le ménage est fait tous les jours. La literie est de bonne qualité. La petite kitchenette est pratique si on n’a pas forcément envie d’aller au restaurant ni de payer pour le petit déjeuner. Des places de parking gratuites autour de l’hôtel mais il faut faire preuve de patience selon l’heure. Les petits moins : - la climatisation n’est que dans la chambre, pas dans l’espace...

"Put simply, the experience feels entirely disconnected from guests' needs. Many of the choices seem to have been made without considering the people who actually use the rooms. For example, upon entering, a coffee set was placed squarely in the middle of the table, leaving no space to use the surface. The desk drawer handles are oversized and protrude into the body of the desk. Opening them reveals empty interiors, which seems unnecessary and thoughtless."
