"Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay at the hotel the staff was very nice everyone was so kind and friendly. We had an excursion on the day we had to leave so we didn’t check out on time but Mohamed Yousry was so kind to us . So yeah I would definitely recommend this hotel 😁 "

"Good hotel, good rooms with a private beach. Be wary of sellers and shops inside the hotel, but i would recommend booking activities from the dive shop on the hotel grounds. "

"Second time there. We enjoyed the room, the hospitality, the heated pool, the kids playground, and the food variety. The only downside was the kids club which didn’t do much activities. Overall, great place. "

"Great location, facilities for kids, good food, and very hospitable service. As other reviews suggest, the rooms were a bit dated but Aly at reception was very accommodating and offered us a good room with view, and late checkout. We loved out 2 day stay at Alma Heights"

"The hotel was simply stunning , it’s rare to go to a place that looks better in real life. The staff were so friendly and always wanting to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The snorkelling at the local reefs was spectacular . I would definitely go back again and recommend this beautiful place. "

"The resort is clean, has beautiful yards and private beach. But I was a little disappointed with my room. We arrived at the resort after midnight, took about 15 minutes to check in, when we finally got to our room and use the bathroom, no toilet paper, wanted to take a shower, no towels. Walk back to the reception and ask for, they said someone will bring them over. But didn’t happen."

"This was a very comfortable resort to relax and get away from the fast pace of Cairo. The resort offers shuttle boat rides to Latuna, a fun beach hangout and is a short tuk-tuk ride to downtown El Gouna where there are many little shops and Egyptian dining choices. At the resort there are several pools and resturant choices."
