You'll love your next stay at this Misty Harbor condo, where you can grab your morning coffee, stroll over to the private beach, and watch as the lake wakes up with you. Activities abound in the resort, including various sports courts. Walk over to the Bank of NH Pavilion Concert Center to enjoy a show! At home, you'll find comfort and entertainment year-round with a full kitchen and breakfast bar, plus a furnished balcony.

WHAT’S NEARBY
In the summer, you'll want to get out on the Winnipesaukee Lake with plenty of options for tubing, boating, and swimming nearby. Adventurists will love the zipline tours and mountain coaster, while those with a little more zen may enjoy some mountaintop yoga. Click into your bindings for the winter, where you'll find downhill groomers and plenty of opportunities to catch air in the terrain park. Not to mention, the ski area Gunstock Mountain (downhill skiing, cross country ski center, and tubing) and the towns of Laconia and Plymouth are all close by for endless fun. If you're looking to shop and dine, take a drive south to the Tanger Outlets, just 14 miles away. And along the way, you'll find Pirates Cove for miniature golf and multiple traditional golf courses.

No office. Seemed abandoned. Dark back of bldg parking. Comforter on bed was very dirty..gross. Upholstered furniture was very dirty; would not sit there. Called Vacasa; was told there were extra blankets…also dirty. Was promised a fresh comforter and a blanket to cover sofa and chair. Woman dropped off one comforter for bed, saying that was all they said I needed. Was told by Vacasa they’d take care of issues Monday morning..by noon, no word. I would’ve been ok with the very old ugly furnishings IF things were clean! This IS not a resort! Fridge handles are nasty. My first call I asked for a refund and I’d leave; they said no refund available and they’d make good on the issues. I even sent them photos per their request! I checked out Monday around noon and texted same # that I was doing so. Mind you, there is NO office! The write-up for this place is so NOT what I encountered! Even though I told them Monday morning, I was leaving, today I got a message saying I hope you had a great day, time for you to check out. You can check out late if you want! So WHO was I texting with all the time I was there!I have the text in my phone and I also have all the photos I took which reveal the grossness of these things. I went here for a little mini retreat so I could relax and read, etc. I couldn’t even sit on the couch because it was yucky. I will not do business with Vacasa again because they gave me the runaround over and over and apparently still are.

Great Stay!

My friend and I stayed 3 nights to attend the Chris Stapleton shows. So convenient and liked sitting out on the balcony, sipping coffee in the am and enjoying a view of the lake and mountains. The unit was very clean and met our needs perfectly!

Great location if attending a concert. Nice condo, beautiful view of the lake. Could use some updating, but that wouldn’t stop me from coming back.

Misty Harbor

This condo is perfect for a night if you're going to concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion. The condo is definitely outdated and could use some TLC but it works for a night or 2. The facilities at Misty Harbor, specifically the pool areas, aren't in the best shape. We were disappointed that the indoor facilities that were advertised in the listing were closed due to major structural issues and the the building being condemned. The upside is the Lake is across the street and the beach is gorgeous, so you cant go wrong there!

Great location especially if you are going to a concert at Back of NH Pavillion.

The property is a less than 5 minute walk to the concert venue. Quiet location and an easy 10 minute drive to Weirs Beach. Kitchen has all you need to enjoy a meal at home. I take long showers so hot water ran out but I didn't stay in as long next time. Love the view of Lake Winnipesaukee from the balcony. The decorations, curtains and couch could use some updating (some out if the 1980's) but that doesn't change the 5 start review. Vacasa was very helpful!

Small rental space, across road from beach.

It was significantly smaller than presented online. We had to close the Murphy Bed and the fold out couch in order to have room to walk around. No dining table - kitchen island was very small. Only 3 chairs provided for group of 4 -- meals were difficult.

Old and depreciating furnishings, balcony railing wobbly, no Batman on tile floor in bathroom, basic housewares missing or very poor quality. For the price I expected much better…will NEVER repeat this experience!

Give the right information

It was horrible the furniture looked like you got it from a salvation army dump. The electric plugs weren't even useable as our cell phone chargers just fell out of them. There was very little hot water to use for showers. Your customer relations group sent me the wrong address to the place. (You sent me 116 weirs rd when it should have been 117 weirs rd

Great location, clean, but could use some TLC

Clean condo, great location, beautiful view of the lake. Close to hiking, shopping and many fun things to do. The queen bed was comfy, but the pull out couch/bed sagged so bad that my son was unable to sleep on it and opted for the floor instead. Also, we were only able to take one 10 minute shower before the hot water ran out. The kitchen was clean and stocked with pots, pans, silverware, plates, dish towel, dish detergent and dishwasher detergent, but if you plan on cooking, I would recommend bringing everything else, including salt and pepper. Overall, a decent stay, but the place could use a little TLC.

Great Location l

Pros: Great location (beaches, the pavilion, stores and amenities all within a 5-min drive) Clean and well-lit for the most part (kitchen stove the only exception) Quiet (off peak stay ... mid-April) Cons: Kitchen sink plumbing sounds like someone is hitting the pipes with a hammer Barely enough hot water for two people to take a shower in the morning Minimal lighting directly over the stove made for sub-optimal conditions for cooking in the evening hours We didn’t use the pools or sauna so I cannot leave an accurate review for those. Overall, I would recommend as long as you’re not expecting a red carpet upon arrival or room service once you’re settled in.
