"When I made the reservation on Expedia, I was unaware this was a condo vacation rental. Shortly after making the reservation I received an email from the rental company. They advised I would need to sign the rental contract at their office in Scottsdale (the reservation is in Glendale) or have to pay a $100 fee and submit to a background check. "Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. We had fun in the pool, the only set back is maybe having it open until 10pm. The breakfast buffet was good but not many options for breakfast buffet-was looking forward to bacon but only sausage provided. Also, the hygiene products that was provided smelled amazing! "
