"The hotel boasts the best location for tourists among branded hotels in Royal Mile Edinburgh. We took a three-day hiking trip to Loch Ness and came back at 6pm. The drop-off point at Lawnmarket is just 2 minutes walking from the hotel, so that we still had a lot of time in early evening to revisit the Edinburgh old town center. On the second day, we had to take an early flight back to Seattle, and the airlink stop to the airport was just 10 minutes walking from the hotel. "

"Veronica was amazing! She helped us modify our reservations and was very patient with us, communicating through email. Early check in is greatly appreciated and checking out was easy and quick. Room is small but modern. It is similar to Japanese business hotels. "
