"Really beautiful facility overlooking Lake Ashie. A two minute walk from the hotel to the Archie Lake boat excursion,and the cable car excursion, which is definitely not to be missed. . But the best part is extremely helpful staff throughout the facility, who are fluent in English, very pleasant. I go out of their way to be helpful. Definitely a very nice place very nice place to stay. We would definitely come back again."

"Best bed we slept in during our Japan trip, consisting of 7 different hotels. Staff were outstanding, the hotel looks very unassuming from the street front and is not obvious until you enter the reception lobby, but this successfully hides just how nice this hotel actually is. "

"We stayed in a room next to the lift with no view of the surrounding area. The window in our room opened up to the building void, which allowed some ventilation. Initially, we weren't thrilled to be next to the lift, but the soundproofing of the walls was truly impressive. Unfortunately, we experienced food poisoning from dining at a sushi restaurant at Gotemba outlet, and this room actually turned out to be a blessing! We slept soundly until midday the next day, thanks to the darkness and soundproof walls. The staff were friendly, although their English was quite limited. The Inn offers shuttle buses that take guests to the premium outlets and other nearby attractions. We definitely plan to return here again!"

"I stayed at the hotel only for sleep. I even have a chance to enjoy "onsen" because of my limited time. I didn't have an opportunity to talk with the staff very much because I arrived there after 10 P.M. The parking was large enough and well arranged, so I could easily put my vehicle. The dormitory type room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is always the potential problem because of the room type... snoring and chatting by other guests in the nighttime were somewhat bothering, However, over all, my experience was good."
