"There was a power cut for more then 2 hr on 3 July. There was no info system to inform hotel guests. Hallways had no emergency light and some guests were stuck in elevators. This is not expected for such a resort. The rooms had no info on what do do in an emergency. I would have expected a better information flow."

"Todo fue bien. Eviten ir al Restaurant Claudio’s . Quizás esa fue la razón que terminó de opacar un hermoso viaje. La comida tardó 1.10 hs en llegar. La gente que atiende es muy displicente. Pareciera que nada le importa ya que su tip está asegurado . La comida llegó helada. El manager para constatar puso la Mano arriba del pollo. Y luego de ser recalentado trajeron el mismo plato ( no hicieron uno nuevo ). Además cuando terminamos de tomar la coca cola adentro del vaso había una tapa de cerveza. Un desastre !"

"Our stay in the Bahamas was absolutely wonderful! The staff was very kind and helpful! The food was delicious with plenty of great options, and the drinks were always refreshing and expertly made. We especially loved spending time at the lazy river, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The private beach was beautiful, with crystal-clear water and soft sand, making it easy to spend hours enjoying. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with great food, drinks, and stunning views, this is the perfect place. We had an amazing vacation and can’t wait to come back!"
