"The owner did not provide check-in information in a timely manner. I tried calling his phone # provided and sent multiple messages via VRBO that morning. NO RESPONSE from owner until 2 hours AFTER check in time. I ended up spending 1.5 hours on the phone with VRBO and it resulted in a cancelled trip.
