"Staff were very friendly and were clearly working very hard to provide the best possible service. They even took our bikes in for us for safe storage even though we had a late check in. They seem to go that extra mile. The reason for the 3 stars was because our room had dust/cobwebs in areas where it hasn't been touched, also the hot tap in the bathroom was scalding hot! "

"The lobby was impressive, staff friendly and hotel restaurant had excellent selections for vegan or vegetarian meals. Public parking was nearby. And the hotel is pet-friendly. We would come back again."
