"Room was fine. Disabled toilet was very unclean and brought to attention of staff. Also we felt it was a bit mean that we couldn't check in 50 mins before 3 but we were able to leave luggage "

"Bathroom smelled badly of sewage. Next room they moved me to had a broken safe. Safe couldn't be fixed as there were only 2 staff on duty covering breakfast, reception, and everything else. This place is seriously lacking funding to run effectively. "

This time, my double room was clearly a twin with the beds pushed together, as one of the headboards was half over the bed and half not and there was a light switch behind our heads and only one bedside table. Despite being told at reception that all facilities were working, the jacuzzi wasn't, nor was the shower by the pool and the steam room broke down on the second day."
