Property is a little dated, but everything worked and the staff was fantastic! Recommendations were great!

Worth it for the view alone, but everything else was just as incredible. Very friendly and accommodating- wish we could have had more time to stay here! Room had all we needed, plus best sleep we had our entire time in Australia. Talked about finding a way to come back to stay here before we even checked out. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay after a day on the Great Ocean Road. Easy check in, plenty of parking, local restaurants a few minutes walk. Very quiet

On a whim we booked this spot whilst on a road trip. Five stars for cleanliness, ease of check in, comfortable room, I could go on. I’ve travelled the world but this by far has been the best overnight stay. Everything was beautiful, even down to having fresh flowers in the room and the windows cracked so we could hear the birds sing upon our arrival. Will definitely be back!

Great find! Enjoyed our stay with Karen & John in the charming home. We had a private bedroom & bathroom and also had use of the living room area. In the morning, Karen & John provided a lovely country breakfast - cereals, eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, yogurts, coffee, teas, and juice. Nice way to relax after a long drive! Highly recommend!

Way better than expected!!! We were surprised with a wonderful shared space where we had our dinner that we purchased to go in Port Campbell because it was late and restaurants were closing. They had also free full breakfast included for the five of us. And the staff gave us an outstanding service. Thanks!!!

Blue Ocean Motel – Don’t Judge a Book by Its... Exterior Paint Job Okay, real talk: when we first pulled into the Blue Ocean Motel, I had a full-blown “oh no, what have I done?” moment. From the outside, it looked like it might star in a retro horror film called Motel Misery. BUT—big but here—the moment we stepped inside, all our fears vanished faster than free Wi-Fi on a family road trip. The rooms? Spotless. Clean, comfy beds that didn’t feel like they were borrowed from a 1980s hospital...

It’s all about the view and the nice people running the motel!

We stayed in the new section, which was excellent. Lovely room; very clean with a large bathroom with rainfall shower. Excellent amenities including a fabulous restaurant, fitness room, heated lap pool, sauna (allow plenty of time to heat up) and laundry. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Early checkin was available at no extra charge. Location was close to town with coastal walking trail across the street.

Great one night stay. Very night staff at reception and at breakfast. All worked very well. I would come back if I get the chance.

This property was lovely and had convenient parking.

Spacious unit and a good bed. Excellent local tips, both for dining and to watch the horses swim in the early morning!
