"i called on 02nd april to hotel providing all the information replied no room, after more conversation agreed but on 4 th we arrived hotel there is no room is blocked for us., they said no vacancy, and after pressure they agreed to give room, but not immediately, we drooped our luggage and we went biz meeting , by night 10.30 pm only we occupied our room, we are not satisfied with Expedia as well as room management"

"The staff gave us a room that was dirty and the AC was broken. They brought in a mattress ( triple occupancy) that was as dirty (blackened from excessive use, a whole section ripped on one side) as one can imagine and said all hotels have similar stuff ( which is a LIE). Even thrown out mattresses looked better. I had to protest and threaten about registering a complain before they offered to change the room and mattress.
