"Crowded place, different vibe, overall good place to stay"

"The staff at the hotel were excellent. They work so hard and went well out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. The room was clean, but the bathroom could do with some care and attention for cleanliness, particularly around the utilities (e.g. shower). The area was very congested and noisy, and if you’re from abroad expect to be heckled by the locals wanting to sell you things for extortionate prices, particularly tuk tuk transport. The hotel staff however helped keep us safe...

"We booked for two days. First night: impossible to sleep due to noices. Second day: breakfast in a room without any table, no coffee, no tea, no jam, no sugar. Back in the hotel at 6 pm: room still to clean. Explanation from the reception: my fault becuase I didn' ask to claean it !!!!. After the second night with same noices, thanks God we checked out. Absolutely to avoid, do not even think to stay there."

"The facility was ’ok’... not easy to locate... rooms were too porous to sound from the outside... staff needs some training in hospitality although the lady night manager was efficient and proffessional. Comfortable stay except for the noise. Shopping very nearby for those interested. "
