"The staff at the hotel were excellent. They work so hard and went well out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. The room was clean, but the bathroom could do with some care and attention for cleanliness, particularly around the utilities (e.g. shower). The area was very congested and noisy, and if you’re from abroad expect to be heckled by the locals wanting to sell you things for extortionate prices, particularly tuk tuk transport. "OMG, what a complete c**phole of a place. RUN don't walk from here. The photo's they have are NOTHING like what the place actually is. Pickup service is complete BS (they don't actually have, even if they did, their number never works, so you can schedule it anyway). Cost 200rs more for airport taxi (that was 400rs fixed) because they couldn’t find the place and tried to call # on hotels.com and it was disconnected.
