"Very nice hotel - super expensive though! Not hugely helpful with wheelchair support when needed from the o2."

"Not many plugs in the room unless you want to unplug a lamp. The room was warm for us and we had to leave our windows open the entire stay. No fan in the bathroom and no plugs for beauty devices except a shaver. "

"Tesco express and pub nearby, property ok but a bit dated, signs for the previous hotel still up. Parking is down the road, told us to park then on check in gave us a sign to put in car so we had to go back to parking area, staff not particularly friendly "

"The hotel itself was lovely, nice decor clean rooms , they are a little small but it’s just a base at the end of the day. The bed was very comfy and location great. The breakfast was anlso very nice and great value. Only downfall was the air con didn’t work and had an awful nights sleep as we were so hot. The staff were very helpful and changed our room , however we did have the same issue and again aircon was not working. We didn’t mention anything again ax would have had to pick all our stuff up again for one last night. "

"We have wanted to stay here before and we’re pleased we were able to get a reservation at short notice, you are welcomed straight away and left to admire the vast collection of all types of items, and when we were in our room the stimulation of your senses continued! A very enjoyable stay and I’m sure it won’t be our last when we are that side of London!"

"Room was clean and spacious. Staff were very helpful. We were served by Paulette who was very considerate to tell us where to get the most of London shopping done. Thank you for that. The concierge desk were most helpful with finding out directions and arranging for transportation. Overall a wonderful experience."

"Bed and pillows were terrible.Worst nights sleep and going back to work as tired as i left.Pillows not supportive.Drinks not great as smoothly was not made fresh.Chai latte wrong when ordered and bland tasting!"

"I’ve stayed at The Ark at Canary Wharf for extended periods and keep coming back, which probably says everything. I’ve been staying here on and off since November last year, often for months at a time, and the experience has consistently been excellent. The staff are always welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful, which makes a huge difference when you’re somewhere long-term rather than just passing through. The building itself is well maintained, comfortable, and in a great location, but what really stands out is the level of service and the atmosphere the team creates. I’ve stayed in plenty of places around London and this is one of the few where you actually feel looked after. Honestly, I have nothing negative to say, and that’s rare. If you’re considering staying here, I’d highly recommend it."
