The property was comfortable and immaculate. Breakfast was superb. Staff was friendly.

Great room size. Small sitting area beds were a little soft for our taste. As is very common in Germany it was impossible to find any TV channels in English or with english subtitles. Bahroom was a good size, but the shower floor Was very slippery. Breakfast was very good. Love the german bread.

Nice town, nice hotel. Only a little noise from the street, but is on a quiet side of town. Beds were nice, bathrooms were clean. Overall a good bargain.

The room was big and comfy. Just the pillows were too soft for me.

The building is impressive with its great lobby (of perhaps faded art deco glamour) of another era. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is not modern and fancy, but clean and functional. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Span and pool were clean and very enjoyable. The apartment we rented was very spacious and clean.

Beautiful room, clean and spacious. No free breakfast. No washcloths. Very helpful and friendly staff.

It was pristine clean and the staff were genuinely helpful and friendly...in a uniquely German manner...breakfast included was a big plus... only drawbacks were no utensils in the kitchen and local calls not working....otherwise a great value.

The Berliner Hof was in an excellent location, one block from the Hauptbahnhof and central bus station, with many restaurants nearby. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff very helpful. I had to take a bus to the Hamburg airport at 5AM, well before the dining room was open for breakfast. However, the evening before they asked if I would like to take a lunch box the next morning, and I said two pieces of bread and a piece of cheese and a bottle of water would be fine. When I check out the...
